Loved our warm rooms in this hotel.
Everything was simply fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a night. We had a double bedroom. It overlooked swimming pool and had a comfortable bed. The staff were AMIABLE and helpful and the location was magnificent near a big shopping centre.

The location was great, close to the Outlet Mall, affordable dining options, and the iconic Niagara Falls. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they took care of requests promptly. - I loved the room with three queen beds. It was a great experience.

I enjoyed my great stay for the price. This was a marvellous location just next door to a plaza that had all the convenience and shopping Mall. - the property was 2 miles away from Four Seasons Cinema. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Cottage Inn in Niagara Falls. the location was convenient, situated right next to a plaza with shopping options, and close to Four Seasons Cinema, just 2 miles away. It was a great value for the price.

exceeded expectations during this visit to niagara falls. great air con, accommodating owner who let us check in early, pleasant staff who answered all our questions. will definitely return.
Payment issue, charged twice and had to call multiple times for refund.
